Credit Cards - We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express for orders of $20.00 or more.
Shipping - Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be shipped via UPS. Please allow three weeks for order processing and delivery. If another method of shipment is requested, additional charges will be applied accordingly.
Returns and Refunds - All returns must be received in good (resalable) condition at NLC within 30 days of customer's receipt of order. A full refund will be made within 30 days of return of product(s).
